They think that is an insult, but it is actually a compliment.

For every one person who is dissatisfied, we have 10 who are satisfied. For example, our biggest customer bought 33 scooters in one year, but he did not go online to do any reviews, not even one. Obviously, if he kept buying from us, he was satisfied. He was and is.

For every customer who meets with us to buy a scooter, even though they have seen bad reviews, 100% of the new customers buy the product anyway. That tells you that they see something positive and very different from the people who leave bad reviews.

We encourage you to experience for yourself and think for yourself. Especially because those who make complaints you may read never tell the other side of the story about what they did that caused the problem.
